Is it normal for a small amount to come from the exhaust?

Really? I thought it was something to do with a car being used for lots of small journeys and it not warming up properly?

When you burn any hydrocarbon fuel, you produce carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and water ( normally as a gas i.e. steam )

If it comes out of the exhaust as water, then it's cooling down and condensing.

Worse in cold weather when the exhaust is cold & the water condenses more quiclkier.

Not a problem. Unless it's disappearing from the engine....
