
Also another quick question gonna be doing a box oil change too, I have 2 litres and think I have read it holds 2 litres, does that sound right?

Sealant's not required. I've never heard of problems with the fake (rear) coil pack or HT leads on these cars - just change the actual coil pack. Be aware the allen bolts holding it in are going to be *TIGHT*.
