ye looking good now. not dull anymore.

gonna do rear drums on sunday. didnt have time do back today. wife went work as i finished front.
and with 3 kids to watch doing rears was a big no no.

iknow what u mean mate,
ihad that for years couidnt do anything with my kids got to have eyes in back of your head with them they where always up to Mischeif ionce left an Aerosol next to the car lesson learnt that it took me 3 weeks to get the paint off the wall at the back of the house

rear drums will be colour coded this sunday if sun continues.

currently its pissing down with rain after sun allllll day :roll:

what wax have you used mate ? i'm still contemplating using the new hybrid wax from MER ...
2 coats of Greased Lightning
2 coats of simonz Hard wax
and 2 coats of Halford Canuba wax it stinks of coconuts but its good for last coats

car shines like a Mofo now :lol:
interior as been cleaned with vax and the roof lining cleaned with Daz soap powder :oops:
it looks mint but its Fecking raining now :(

did the rear drums today. 2 hours do both. and found out the drivers side wheel as loads of play in it at 9 o clock :evil:

anyway on with the drum colour

before any work

a wire brush and water wash down

mine dont have rear drums so icarnt paint em :(
whats up with the wheel .. which one as play is it the rear one ?

i had passangers side doen for MOT a few months ago and never did drivers side at same time :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

trying save cash at the time.

yes mate i could use a top link. how much do you want for it ?

no it came off straight away

it was a torx in the end of it (i'm guessing genuine links)

so i put a T40 in a 1/2 inch drive ratchet and a 16mm spanner over the nut and it came of with ease.

tip-x'd the inner bolt to ensure it went on same way.

also got inner bolt off with ease as well with my tools its easy. got a load of extension bars to get socket and ratchet in.

took a piccy when i'd finished. :mrgreen:
