Advice on chipping/remapping a 2.0HDI 90 anyone?

...i was advised to go for the 110 version because of the 90's lack of grunt.

Current wisdom seems to be if you must get an HDi get a 90, then get it remapped.

Btw, what are lowering springs posts?
