Oh no stereo stopped working last week....possibly overheated as on button is permanently 'on' ....checked fuses, and rechecked wiring in back....and seemed to do the trick but of course it noe wants the code...not being aware of this when i bought the car i didn't ask for the code.
i'm hoping that Pug UK might help out with Vin number etc...any ideas; code breakers?
jeez...finally gave into the stealer code-price rip-off (couldn't get through to you on PM trem1)..all worked a treat for precisely 24 hours.
the turned itself off. now the radio 'on' light is on, but no code input on display. I checked and re-checked wiring and cradles at the back, fuse ok. what next - disconnect + reconnect battery? running out of Puggy patience!
