Hi all,
My clutch is slipping quite bad does anyone know if there is a manual adjuster or is it hydraulic,
phoned the part co and they quoted £107+ vat for the clutch. I seen them on ebay quite cheap
any guys bought any from ebay its a r plate 1.8 lx by the way.

I always thought that the cable was auto adjusting on the 406 D8 
Sounds like it's on its last legs - never bought bits on EBAY...mine is still on its original @ 149,000km!

IIRCC there is an adjuster at the gearbox end.

Recently had my D9 done £400 including clutcj gearbox peugeot oil antifreeze change and rear lower engine mount change. The clutch is hydraulic with no mention of adjustment.

And 2.0 petrol turbo.
