Sounds like bad connections on the plug on the back.

So, if it's working, why do you need the code? Anyway, if it's a D9 you don't even need one to put the original stereo back in. Or have I missed something again?

They're going to be docs aren't they, never did anything for me that, thigh length patent leather high-heeled boots is what we like. :twisted:

Yeah, the stereos on D9s are "coded" in that they'll only work with the ECU in that car. You can disconnect the battery with no worries, it'll work fine. If you try to put them in another car they won't work without being re-programmed by peugeot. Hence there's not a lot of point in nicking one.
