Sub Advice

I put my sub in my car and i must say it wasnt the easiest sound system i've done...

BUT whenever i have my sub on the whole boot lid vibrates making it sound awful outside of the car.
What can be done to rectify this??

I am running a 12" pioneer 1000w max, 400w rms sub (will be changed for two 10's later today)
really dont like the car sounding so bad from the outside!

Two approaches of varying hackiness spring to mind:

1) Invest in a boot lid liner. Looks good and also dampens sound.
2) Make one using a can of spray-foam

i got a spare boot liner if you want, though it doesnt help much, i found out that flushing the boot was the only answer

how much would you be looking for it??

Yeah flushing the boot is a good idea, one question tho, how do you open the boot with it smoothed out??

Its not so bad i took out my 12 and put in 2 tens!
