Does anyone know if a 98/99 406 2.1td is a straight swap for a 98 1.9td 406 or are there many things that need changing. also does anyone know if a 306 td 1.9 on a 98/99 plate is a straight swap?

totaly diffenrt engine with totaly diff ecu ..
however if u were to use a bosch pump u could dispence away with all that ecu rubbish
there might b other changes and layouts as well exhaust engine mountings ....
rev counter ussues
easier to just buy a 1.9td
i have an estate 1.9 td bosch pump will run on veg oil up for sale next week west yorks
