My bro suffers similarly in bad weather, (45+ years of plumbing).

He tried cod liver oil and glucosamine for a good few years, felt it helped a bit. Recently the quack's got him on something else, (I can't recall), which is better.

When he gets back from murdering wild boar, I'll let you know.
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

I've got it in my left knee, 3 fingers of my right hand hand and my back apparently, but it's not too bad as yet (apart from the back but I suppose that's the least of my worries with it) but my father has it very bad in his hands, so bad he drops stuff. I know he's tried all sorts of things - copper bracelets, magnets and cider vinegar for some reason - but I'm not sure if any of it's done him any good. I've also head something about linseed but I'm not sure what that was about. I guess I'm going to have to do some asking.

Copper has some good efects, carnt understand why tho,
iwas told ihad Arthritis when iwas 18, it was only slight then, didnt bother Me much,
inoticed when iworked in the Foundarys, Making copper charges, the symptoms of the Arthris where gone, but saying that we where all suposed to wear Masks, No one did tho, id hate to guess upon how much of that copper dust we breathed in, (all who worked there had green hair,

Atm its abit embarasing icarnt drink a cup of coffee without wearing it,

An automatic car is on the What Next list, not looking forward to that, :(
