You bought off a trader didn't you?

Then by law theres a 3 month parts and labour warrenty. Dosen't matter weather you buy a £300 banger or a £50,000 Merc. The trader must offer you a 3 month parts and labour warrenty. The car should also be fit for purpose unles stated otherwise.
