Citroen Saxo Rear Suspension
does any1 know how lower back end of a saxo... ive read on some site you can do the rear ends by adjusting the torsion bar ? is this true ?

Iwouidnt lower it mate,
The Beams can Be a Nightmare on them and leave you will all kinds of problems,

the plan is to get it back to normal lozz. its very high at the back for some reason.... needs adjusting back to normal.
looks like some boy racer has had a boot full of big subs in there so maybe highered it a bit for when his mates were in the back as well ???

it shouid be easy enough to lower if its been raised,
but id check it first properly before buying it,

got car lozz its only for my sisters 1st car. 1.4 saxo only give 500 for it. got planty MOT and shes only plannin on keepin it till end of that anyway why she saves up for a newer car..
drives well , i drove it the 5 miles back home. 1st time iver ever drove a saxo. like a little go kart round corners compaired to the 406 lol
what engine oil should these engines use ? 10w 40 ?

that looks about the right height at the rear to me. you may think it looks high as most that you see have been lowered. does anyone know what the ride-height is meant to be set at ?? Welly (i think) used to know the ride height of the 406, can we find out what these left the factory set at ?
