Drop links worry
My drop link, drivers side, has been clunking for a few weeks now and so as I had the parts to hand and nothing to do I decided to tackle the job. After reading posts on the forum from people who have changed theirs I geared up for the worst. 15 minutes from jacking car up to back onto it's wheels. I may have been lucky but there was nothing to it, allen key in the bolt, open ended spanner and off it came. Coated replacement in Copperslip and bolted it in place, job done. Then sit back in the sun with coffee in hand and Hobnobs,

1999 406 HDi 2.0 110 GTX Estate. 48k when bought, now 150K. Second owner, I've covered over 100k in it.
Clutch changed @110k, bottom pulley changed, cam belt changed, EGR blanked, cat removed, front springs changed.

Re: Drop links worry
ye they are pretty easy with the allan bolt in the center of the bolt. the cheaper ones dont have this so grinding them off is the only way sometimes.
with plenty of copper grease all over the bolt and nut they should be easy to remove again.
