I think you will find that in the Belfast area, handbook is pronounced "hondbook"

"Its evin gat sum il da deeler stomps in le hondbook liek"

And I did LOL in the office at the laugh picture. One way ticket to hell please!

:cheesy:
a picture of a couple to sell a car ive seen it all.

i also see in the description of the spec being a golf listing the spec is a hard job you just mention stuff all cars have like folding seats and adjustable steering wheel.
my uncles golf is a boggo model off gumtree but the ad said "golf final edition well equipped with cloth seats and cup holder"

Why do they say "not Honda, Ford, etc"???? what does that do? it's like saying "car for sale"...not a lawnmower, hoover etc.

ah the not ists as i now call them they really piss me off the selfish effers.
it tricks the search system so if your selling a 306 and you write (not 305 205 gti gtd golf a4 leon)
it means the 306 will appear in the search for say a 305 or a4 my dad was looking at A4s the other night and come across a 306 and he got pissed off by it as well so he rang up just to tell them he looked at the car and it definatley is just a 306 it should say on the bumper or tax book
its really not right it fu**s the whole search on gumtree

It just makes searching for anything completely pointless, as if you're going to be looking for an A4, see an ad for a 306 and decide that's what you actually wanted  I suppose it's Gumtree's fault for not stopping people doing it.

up a gum tree

Wow! That is a seriously cool car!

I love the 70s paninfarina squared off coupes, the 504 coupe too.

Much nicer than the aircraft carrier C+Cs we get now.

Now here's a tidy looking example, people: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISAPI. ... 0567059652
only 74k too, just a bit too soon for me.....

Any bets on final price?
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

The last decent 2.2 I saw on Ebay with low miles went for £2500. Reckon this will go for similar money, if not more. Looks very nice. Almost tempted to have it myself & transfer the extra seats over. Just a pity Nottingham is such a trek.

One things for sure, it won't go for silly money. 225 different people have looked in less than a day - it'll go for a sensible price.
