but its still a straight looking car no dings or dents which xms pick up very easy

Sorry, I was being lazy and I think I confused you guys - I was saying that XM'd be worth a lot more over here, seeing as how it's got the steering wheel on the right side. If it wasn't too old to import of course.

I was thinking initially that it would have been one of the XM "commercial"s. But then I think they all have high roofs.

2.1 TD, definitely the engine to go for.

Is it an autobox?

It was a test drive in a 2.0 auto XM 1991 that a friend was selling that convinced me to get shot of the 406.

No lurching, just a smooth drive.

No rust on doors, for a car more than a decade older it was in better condition.

No COM2000. Albeit no autolights, but stalks that just worked :)

the xm was rustproof mad citroen did it because of how crumbly their cx got.
an electric arm rest were they really serious do you need it electric
