its a 1997 car with 135k miles there is no way its worth that price, not when you can get a hdi merdian with 80k miles for £1000. almost had that one, but stupidly went to see one for £1100 that said hdi but yet had no hdi inside it, it was an xud.

even if it was standard and was serviced by a lovely old couple every week at the local dealer no matter of the cost, and kept inside a carpeted gargage.

It only has 94 miles!

Handbrakes probably seized and no doubt brake hoses perished through underuse.

Either that or it's actually 94,000 miles, and the seller is just trying to get his car noticed more readily.

Considering it's an RHD car with UK plates being sold in the UK, it'd be interesting to know where exactly it's been imported from.

Highlander - If RHD probably a reregistered RoI import. A lot of NI cars used to be RoI imports, lot of Opels about.

That Jimny wow its cheap, my sammy stands me more money than that is, though the thing is the Jimny isnt as good.

that city rover is cheap but i could think of many better things to do with that money, its not even that old but looks like some old budjet japanese car from the early 80s.

Ah - A Jimmy = Suzuki Jimny!
Was a bit ambiguous to those of us not versed in Suzuki 4x4s :)

As for the CityRover, it might be OK if Tata brought it back and sold it as an Austin. Perhaps revive the Metro name? It would have to be dirt cheap.
Selling it expensively as a premium product as Rover tried to do just wont work though.

the problem with rover was the brand was dead when bmw sold it, from a marketing point of view you couldnt sell anything with rover on it because the brand had become so diluted and confused over the previous 20 years, it went from a luxury car maker, to making more common cars, the only thing was the prices stayed the same, rovers were very overpriced in the 90s.
