I have just finished reading "Treasure Island" again (it's free on Amazon Kindle). Am I the only one that pictures lozz as a shipmate on the Hispaniola, one of Long John Silver's motley crew? :cheesy:

i've wanted one for 8 years now and they seem to be rising in price.

so spoted this guy selling that plate 20 miles away from were i live.

so meeting him at local dvla office and having it transfered ..

ive been looking over last few months and never can find 1 for less than 500.

so this is a good price .

the total is in fact 380 not 400

well got the ECU today. decided to pay extra and get the one that controls heated seats

as you can see there are a bloody lot of earth cables . and power cables.

i plan to solder all the earth cables together and run them all into a 30amp connector block, then i can run 1 think cable to a point on the body.
same plan applys to the ecu power cables . the 2 thick red ones a green and purple.
solder together and put into a connector block, then 1 think wire to pos on the battery ..

there is also 2 orange positive cables for the heated seats. im gonna run 2 from the battery so each heated seat will have their own fuse.
both seats for electric motors will also have their own fuse

4 fuses and 4 power cables is what will be used for safety.
its very simple to fit. 4 power cables and all the green and yellow cables to ground.

then its simply plug and play for electric seats and heated

wire progress. i can now add 1 thick cable and send it to battery and earth from the connector blocks .

as ste said the seats will have inline fuse of 20amps each
and the heated seats will have 15 amps for both

using 30amp connector blocks :mrgreen:

Very substantial earth point under the centre console that the dash is earthed to
That's where I earthed mine to

and heres the heated seat switches.
these connect into the ecu wire loom
the power cables for these are separate to the switches.

TBH its a really good ecu seat wire kit. price was £75 but with a bit of agling i got the ecu wires and ecu under seat cover for £65
