ECU is bosh i think, as the pump and common rail is,

Model D9 (new Shape)
Reg V (1999)
Engine - 2.0 HDi (110bhp)

THansk ,

ANdy

NB if any body has any ideas for testing parts of the engine myself, (before Monday when it is book in for a £60 fault find check by some diesel experts)
Problem is black smoke and low performance at low revs (the turbo is working, i think)

The car has be fully serviced and the EGR valve replaced, getting a Haynes manual tomorrow to see what I can find

If you slide the ECU out of the holder, I need to know the exact type... MP3.2 / MP5.1 etc..

Without that I can't tell you !
