Imagine what'd happen to 3 rear-seat passengers around the first roundabout you got to...........

the reproduction might occur as the rear seat looks more like a caravan bed than a proper seat.

I'm not really a dealer in disguise on ebay wrote:ALL THE ARCHES ARE GOOD (SEE PICS)
but then he wrote:THE N/S DOG LEG BEHIND THE PASSENGER DOOR IS IN PRIMMER (NOT SURE WHY, AS IT WAS LIKE IT UPON MY PURCHASE?
and lastly he wrote:ITS HAD A VIC TEST, THIS WAS DUE TO THE ELDERLY 86yr OLD PREVIOUS OWNER TICKING THE SCRAPPED BOX INSTEAD OF THE SOLD/NEW OWNER BOX THUS CAUSING THESE CHAIN OF EVENTS......
Old people eh? you gotta love 'em.

It seems in good enough nick for a series 1 there was another red series 1 on there but it hadnt the same good description, then sd1s are another selection of good reads 'rust on the wheelarches i almost got to finish but due to a sore finger i decided that the thing was a bucket of rust and thats why its for sale'

Something a bit odd:
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p
you can fool everyone but yourself, its convincing enough as a ferrari, but inside it aint no ferrari.
Some questions, how do you start such a project, ie is the old coupe under there, then is it rwd or still fwd, what happened the back seats, and would you buy one, i see it as tempting im not calling it a terrible piece of copying, for £10k you can have what looks like a ferrari with the cheap parts of an old pug.

I've seen these bodykits advertised before.

You can get a 355 for an MR2, and that 360 for a 406 Coupe.

To me, the 406 one does look fairly convincing! However, it is only a bodykit! So it is still a FWD V6 Peugeot 406. I think the option is still there to keep the rear seats, or remove them and put in a fake engine cover / more luggage space. A 2+2 360 lookalike would be nice though.

I think they chose the 406 as a base because the coupe had a similar windowline to the 360, both Paninfarina classics.

More info here http://www.extreme-sportscars.com/360/extras.html

Potentially, one could take an HDi coupe and put a ferrari bodykit on :supafrisk: The neighbours might become suspicious when you come to start it up in the morning.

(Secretly I would like one, just to pull up to the petrol pumps and confuse the cashier by filling it with the black stuff :D )

The interior is in fairly sh*t state, those seats look half knackered.

And the "thingy" in the rear window is actually a rubber hand with the middle finger extended, "flipping the bird". This is presumably so the lazy benefits-cheating chavvy little sod doing the "driving" doesn't have to bother when he cuts someone off

gumtree optimist wrote:then since then i've
lowered the rear 1 nick - oh that's right, mess with the geometry and compress the dampers
lowered front with 60mm saxo springs - they're for a Spaxo right?
laguna splitter
full tint all round ( front removed for mot ) - so it was illegal then
d-turbo 3 leg spoiler
wind deflectors
put half leather from a 5 door into mine - pity you couldn't be arsed to clean it
phase 1 rear bumper ( needs touched up ) - why don't you do it then?
phase 1 backbox with tip
fully colour coded
hdi centre dash console
boost gauge into top centre air vent ( may be removed an replaced with air vent again ) - well that might be handy
white d-turbo alloys ( just needs 2 tyres but might have them before sale ) - might?

the pump has been screwed a qurter of a turn an turbo 1 turn also ( 2 months back ) - yeah, right don't you mean I've screwed it too much and now it's knackered within 2 months
can screw back in if buyer doesnt want this no problem - yes please, if its not too much trouble

the car has a few marks/dents but its almost 14 years old - well that's ok then
there is a wee prob with the heater, lose wire behind fuse box needs to be flicked to get the heater to work an blows cold air, takes a while for it to get warm, but doesnt get hot
new matrix maybe? or maybe flush it out, i couldn tell you as it never really bothered me - so it's the coldest winter for decades, the fan sometimes works if you 'flick' that wire thing but then if it does work it just blows cold, great stuff

full details

insurance group 6
has had new discs, pads, bottom arms, cv boots, backbox ( had straight through before ) ball joints, bushins and droplinks - glad its got new bushins

only thing not going with the car is my headunit
or the boost gauge
anything else?

call about the car if your interested
no tyre kickers
no test drive unless you have cash waiting - bugger the insurance cover needed for the test drive, just thin about that lovely cash
