Will it ever end now its revving high

Post by adam03031980 »

Ok well most of the problems sorted apart from the squeak at starte up but now it has started to rev higher at 1000rpm instead of 900 rpm could this be the throttle position sensor playing up its done it once before few months back but when you turn the engine off and restart it then it disappears

Thankfully this one's easy - you just need to wiggle the multi-plug connector to the throttle position sensor and it'll settle down.
