where does the cd changer fit on 406 est.

my 2002 estate has a sat nav unit on the drv side in the rear panel. the passg side panel looks like its designed to take a first aid box? can i fit a cd changer ? ie is the wiring plug present and if so where is it ? thanks.

Yeah that's where it goes, behind the left hand panel in the boot. Dunno if the wires will be there or not :? , sorry mate.


Hang on, you've got OEM sat nav but no changer? :o :shock: Strange :lol:

is that odd ? when you say left panel you mean passenger side ??

Open the tailgate and it's a panel on the left. There should be a cD changer in there. If there's just a cage then the changer's been removed previously and there should be a loose connector floating around somewhere

Aww, that cracks me up :D "when you say left panel" :D
My mom is the same way. Every time we try going to the country side for weekends or sumthin, on the way she allways asks " my left or your left" :P


But jes, MJB-s right you know. I 2 have fliped through the users manual and if you have bit better Pug than the basic then on the left it should be :P
