Swapping the brake servo on a 2.2HDi

Post by V6Exec »

The Haynes book of lies suggests removing the engine (or at least large parts of it!)

Has anyone swapped out a brake servo, and if so any hints?

I will be writing a how to once I have, but looking for a bit of a starting point. I have seen the description for the LHD coupe, but the problem is the reaction bar connecting the pedal to the servo on the RHD is tucked in tight to the firewall. Once over that hurdle it should be simple enough.
Remember - it only takes a few inches of water to drown a 406 don't make the same mistake I made! The V6 Exec is no more.
