clutch noise?

2003 hdi 90. I had my clutch changed around 4 months ago. In the last few days there is a squeal which is there all the time except when pressing the clutch pedal. I don't even need to press the pedal right in to stop the noise, it goes if I just touch the top of the pedal. Any ideas guys?

I've had this lots of times with different cars.

I often get a fix by getting a finger full of grease and pushing the clutch slave cylinder operating rod back a little, put the grease on the ball joint of the operating rod and the clutch fork dish.

See how you go with that first, it only takes 5 minutes.

Thanks for the reply Jasper, I've been looking for someone to do what you suggested for me, but driving all day today and the noise has gone!!
