Nasty! That made my feet go cold. I don't actually follow anything at all on Farcebook but I'm sure if I watched too many of those sort of vids I'd be a nervous wreck every time I drove anywhere.

I know the driver is probably an idiot but I can't help thinking about all the times when I've been chugging along a dual-carriageway/motorway and suddenly realised that I'm just about to pass my exit and I was in the wrong lane. Oh, and how there always seems to be a swarm of lorries appear right before my exit, leaving me wondering if I have enough time to get around them or if I should play it safe and just glue myself to the back of the queue to trundle along in the slow lane.

Yeah that one has been floating around the net for a while. Pretty sure it's kids' belongings that go flying down the road. Horrifying.

I've seen that one before too, that was the kids lunch boxes flying down the road. I hope whoever was in the car survived although they must have been injured it was a violent stop from speed.

The driver just didn't see the queue because the lorries were blocking the view.

Nasty.

The car driver obviously shouldn't have tried to get across all those lanes so close to the exit, but how many of us could have been caught out in similar fashion?
I've frequently been on a busy m-way / dual carriageway and despite getting into the inside lane well before the exit, still find your view limited because you're in a relatively short gap between two trucks. Of course you can / should ease back from the truck in front to improve your view, but if you've got 44 tonnes of east european juggernaut up your tailpipe, do you really want to risk getting to know him better?

Normal course of actions, clearly:

1) Plough into someone who was crossing the road in broad daylight. Note that said person smashes your windscreen.
2) Carry on regardless. What, this stuff on the windscreen? They're not cracks, it's just dirt *wipe wipe squirt wipe wipe*
3) Plough into someone else who was crossing the road in broad daylight. Note that said person pretty much disappears under the wheels.
4) Carry on regardless. You've done it once before, what harm can it do?
5) Oh yes, it affects your concentration a bit, that's what shock will do. This is why you now have an accident and rear-end someone stuck in traffic.
6) Only then do you stop - you've broken someone else's car, that's totally unacceptable.

I didn't have sound on when watching that (I'm at work); not sure if the dashcam records the sounds from the cabin. I can only imagine the fuckwit was playing with their phone or something; can't think of any other reason why they didn't even slow down before hitting person #1.

If there *is* sound, I'm glad I didn't hear either person being hit. One time, I was on a train - a stag was on the track, saw the oncoming train, and apparently decided it was a challenger. What do stags do when they fight each other? They lower their head, and charge, locking antlers. I didn't *see* it (as I'm not a train driver), but I'll never forget the cacophony of cracking sounds coming from under the train, from front to back - not as long as I live  They didn't let any passengers out at the station until they'd cordoned off the front of the train, and even then, they didn't let anyone out the front sets of doors.

I just listened to the soundtrack, no music, the car's an Automatic (giffer driver?). The second victim was sat waiting at a crossing on a bike/moped and wore a helmet. It looks almost that the driver was being dazzled by the low sun most of the time and I think maybe partially sighted or pissed or drugged (delete as appropriate).

Hitting the 'people' didn't really sound of much.

I ran over a Fwuffy Wickle Bunny Wabbit once (alright it was a wild Rabbit) early one Summer's morn and it made a horrible knocking noise under the Volvo, I suppose it was it's skull hitting and rolling under the car. I stopped as soon as I could and checked but thankfully the exhaust system and heat shield were intact 8)

There's some beeping before they hit victim 1, could be text or something. You're missing nearly rear-ending a truck at 0:18. The first time I watched it I thought the second victim actually went under the wheels but now I see it was just their scooter, which sounds like it got dragged for a bit. The rider exits stage right, fortunately.

I ran over a blackbird once, it went pop! under a tyre (it was the blackbird or the bus). I also punched a sparrow to death on my bike (it actually flew into my fist on the handlebar) but I didn't hear anything above the bike.

Guess what I fitted to yoyo2 yesterday. It took a time because I wanted to hardwire it and I had to find out how to take the dash to bits first (if anyone needs a 2006-09 RAV4 Owner's guide, repair guide or wiring diagrams, I'm yer man). Finally I was gettng sick of all the stupid stunts I was witnessing and decided that if I put the camera back in I'd go back to hardly seeing a ting. Wrong.

This is done with WIndows essentially bollocks, I tried the lightworks thing but that wants me to register and handbrake doesn't seem to edit. It's a bit digital in places but at least I know the camera is ok still and pointing in generally the right direction...

CFZtphv9qZU

As usual, the action looks miles away. I didn't even see the twat behind the blue van (whatever the feck it is) and only saw it when I was nearly on top of it. Same I wasn't in the old yoyo, I still need to get rid of it...

The quality looks good to me, the Astra pulling out just couldn't give a sh*t could he? and yes it won't be long before the shorts-wearing biker has a scrape

The roads look narrow there unless it's me/the camera?

This is just the old Mini 0801. I'm not sure how much fiddling about I'd have to do to get a clear look at numberplates but it seems more than good enough for now.

I do seem to remembering thinking the roads were quite narrow here but I think I kind of got used to it. It's probably one of the reasons quite a few Croats seem to have difficulty keeping to their side of it...

No idea what that was about, maybe I was supposed to stop and wait at the bridge (why should I? Very few locals wait for me there) or maybe he wanted the side of his car removed, which would've happened if there was no grass verge. Of course I didn't stop, I have no wish to join him in whichever form of reality was currently occupying his tiny mind.
