As far as i remember its part of the rear wheel bearing (fitted around the outside of it I think). You may need a bearing puller to fix it, but its been so long since Ive been near the back brakes of my pug I cant remember correctly. At any rate the rear ones are easy to inspect once the disc is removed so all should become clear then.

Yep, rear ones are part of the hub assembly, but I don't know whether that necessarily means that they can't be changed independantly...

...saying that, pulling the hubs off (to change the rings) usually knackers the bearings so you'd need new hubs anyway

did you follow the instructions for fitting the disk and check the run out of it once fitted?

I think what swampy was talking about was what I was talking about earlier in the thread regarding cleaning up the hubs and not leaving any rust or dirt so that the discs run true.

ok jasper,still raining up here in north east,so aint had chance to go check and clean every thing yet,but when weather turns good i will do and update u all,thanks for everyones input so far.
