Hi all,
One of my tasks at work is to come up with a forum where customers can give recieve advice on Bord Gais (British Gas equivalent) with some full time employees giving official advice. Instead of using something like wordpress or blogspot, I'd rather set up a forum from scratch. The 406OC is a perfect example of what I'd like to get, obviously tailored for BGN.
Any ideas where I can pick up a forum like this and get started?

Simple Machines Forum is also pretty good, easy to setup for a novice and runs really well, 2.0 RC3 is currently the latest product and its awesome.

Is the 406OC hosted through phpBB or on a third party hosting company?
