Service Box Missing Older Models

Post by Wul »

Hi, a long time lurker here, just registered because I didn't saw anybody posted about this.

Today when I open Service Box (public.servicebox.peugeot.com) it's missing technical documentations for older models (including 406) and only lists newer x08 and x008 model (also 107, 207, RCZ). Is anyone else experienced the same thing or is it a problem on my end?

I'm getting them, maybe they were doing some updates when you looked and it'll be ok now. Get back to us if it aint. Not that we could do very much if PSA decides to delete cars they no longer support...

Note to self: Always set a UK proxy when trying to log into Service Box or you'll spend 10 minutes clearing cookies again

Just been having a look about on Service Box (it's been a while), it now has options for Opel/Vauxhall (PSA-based) parts and accessessorieses. Oh, and Chevvy too, how the mighty have etc.

Still nothing as of today. I also have filled out their "contact us" form yesterday, but so far no reply yet.

FWIW I get the same result as Steve

Your image looks very similar but as you say doesn't have all the models. Wonder if it's because yours is a 'new' account?
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

What about the spare parts catalogues, do you only get current cars in there too?

I don't think it's a new account since I have been using it from about last year with no problem up until now.

Yes, only current models.

Edit: I guess I should try to create a new account there

Edit 2: New account also only show current models

Clearing cookies and search by VIN doesn't work.

But I tried to create a new account using VPN to Australia and it works. So I guess they deliberately only shows current model for account based in Indonesia(?)

Anyway, thanks everyone.

I'm glad you've got it sorted but does this mean there's no point in going to the dealers where you are for spares? Wow, that'd be pretty harsh

I'm still seeing all models.

Although whenever enter a part to order (to check the price) the price is coming up as ***.

Current: 407 2.2 HDi 170 & C6 2.7 HDi.
Former: 406 1.9 TD; 406 HDi 90; 407 2.2 160; 307cc 180; 508 HDi 140.

Well, last time I went to dealer most of the cars being serviced are 407, 307 (both of which not on the list) and 207. So I don't think they would reject older cars, particularly because around here sales of x08 are not as good as x07 and even more so when compared with x06.

That would really be short-sighted then. i wonder if they're using some different system for spares ordering. Hold on... Peugeot parts are also on citroen.service.com, maybe they're using that.

While I'm at it, on Service Box a D9 front grille badge is 23.81 GBP
