Valid point - it would, eventually - but for the length of time it would take for the finger to shrivel, they'd have the car in a garage and the necessary mods done to it so that anyone's fingerprint would do nicely. Finger goes in the bin, money changes hands, car disappears. Then they do it again to some other poor sod.

Have you seen "Demolition Man" and "Minority Report"? They feature this
Eyeballs would be much shorter-lived once plucked. I'm not 100% sure but as far as I know, blood and fluids constantly flow through the eye in order for it to keep its shape - plucking out someone's eye would cause it to "deflate" and thus any retinal scan would be bloody difficult if not completely impossible.

As a Vw passat driver but the older shape I could not agree more. Apparently every exterior panel is new.
I beg to differ. The estates dont look to bad but the saloon is a complete mess. On my shape passat led rear lights are standard as they are safer. On the newer shape they are an extra!!.
As for the 508. Roll on the replacement. Based on looks and drive I much prefer my old 406 to the 407. Based on looks its an improvement over the 407. Interior looks very Vw. Please Peugeot make some great cars again like the 405/406.
The new passat i was in, doesn't feel any better built than the old one, vw build quality just isn't as good as it was in the old shape passat they made round 98-04. The thing i don't like about the 508 is that there is also the C5. Everyone can have their own opinion but i think the citroen is the better looking car.

The C5 is a good looking car. But it isn't german. So it is entirely possible that they'll do a Laguna with it.

A 508 estate or 'SW' as they're called these days parked at my work yesterday. I think its a really good looking car and did surprisingly stand out from the Passat and Insignia which were parked in close proximity.
