You don't get no where without asking !

I will be removing the head tomorrow and sending it for a skimming, I feel the need for a new cam and a reshimming, I think I may get a new lower pully and also a new water pump!

It will be an oversized competition gasket I think and then whilst I'm at it, maybe a few new items... like a big fookin double capacity alloy rad and FMIC  You never know it may work ! there is a guy on eBay doing RADs and I'e emailed him about my requirements ! so watch this space ....... w00t ..... w00t

James, you got any 9-3 Aero intercoolers lying around at work ? lol

I've already got 2 intercoolers in the shed... but I'm actually going to purchase one off ebay and sort out the piping myself... its going to work well I just know it, providing that I can get the oversized RAD !

if you want to get it volvo it has to be a 740/240 they are built well tuneable as hell reliable and have cracking chassis (contrary to belief that because it has a live axle it must suck). im torn betweena silly e30 or a silly 740 for my next car

proof ofhow poor the 740 chassis is

Shoe horn anyone?

forget about the 740, theres sod all tuning that can be done to them, and the 2.3 turbo only produces 155 bhp and sod all torque
