Peugeot Festival 2019

Post by PSCUK »

Dear Club representative,

I'd like to formally invite you to attend Peugeot Festival 2019, the annual gathering for the Peugeot Sport Club UK and the largest all Peugeot show in the UK. 2019 sees the 35th anniversary of the 205 GTI 1.6, 25th anniversary of the 106 S1 Rallye, 405 Le Mans and 306 S16, 20th anniversary of the 206 GT and we are hoping to display a large gathering of these models.

With non-competitive hill climb runs, show and shine and concours competitions (PSCUK members only), many confirmed traders, professional track photography and other invited Peugeot / associated clubs, there is always something different to see including some interesting vehicles provided by Peugeot and other collections. We will also be presenting an award to the “Best guest group or club” to one of the guest groups or clubs and this will be voted for on the Sunday by the PSCUK Committee. Points will be awarded for the group or club stand presentation and originality and its members comradery, behaviour and sportsmanship.

Peugeot Festival 2019 will be again held at Prescott Hill Climb, Gotherington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL52 9RD and this year's show will be held on Sunday 30th June, with camping and evening entertainment from 3pm Saturday.

As an invited related club please could you confirm your attendance, giving an estimate of how many vehicles will be attending, whether any of your vehicles would want to run up the hill climb and provide a contact name, phone number and email address from your club to whom we should contact regarding the organisation of the event. Please email this information to [email protected]. This will allow us to suitably accommodate your club. We understand that you may require some time to discuss this with your club and Committee members.

Your support is appreciated, Rich

Thanks for the invitation, it's appreciated.

I think we'd like a repeat of our stand The Taxi Rank (for those of us for whom it's a marathon not a sprint), combined with Peugeot 407 UK (Facebook) which worked really well last year.

I'm in!

Current: 407 2.2 HDi 170 & C6 2.7 HDi.
Former: 406 1.9 TD; 406 HDi 90; 407 2.2 160; 307cc 180; 508 HDi 140.

Just to add...
I'll be parking with the Coupes this year, as this is what I'm driving - however I will mingle as best I can with everyone, given my social awkwardness :cheesy:
