Me :cheesy:

I tried to get into the coupe club area, and although the admin was happy for me to park there - I have left it too late to get an advance ticket for club entry...

I'll probably meet up somewhere, maybe at Morrisons around 8-8.30 with the coupe gang, then just pay at the gate and park in the field...

Anyone want to pick a spot for the 406 Club to meet as it would be nice to meet a few people. I can't pick a spot as I don't know the area.

Sorry guys, I ended up in work on Sunday :(

So how'd it go? Anyone's ambition outweigh their talent on the hill? :supafrisk:

We were there and had a lovely day. There wasn't many 406's there, they were like hen's teeth virtually non existent. There was one blue estate and one blue saloon parked in the coupe area and one black estate parked beside us in the general car park. While I was there from about 10:30 to 3:30 no 406 pug on hill climb, all hot hatches and a few vintages trashing their guts out. One unlucky chap in a blue 407 coupe had a bit of a mishap at the top hairpin but not too serious. All in all a serious amount of nice pug's there.

Sounds like you had a good day, sorry I missed it this time.
Couldn't have gone anyway as it turns out - that was when my power steering died.
I'll make sure I'm there next year [/tempting fate]

The blue estate with the coupes was me, the turnout was a bit lower this year - the parking area was half empty...
I saw the black 406, with white Challengers, and some other 406 coupes dotted around, but that was it.
The 405 T16 looked nice, and some of the older cars looked good too.
I had a good day, the coupe club made me feel welcome, but I missed seeing some familiar faces.
