Yes I'll be bringing the beige wonder. It's a talking point if nothing else :supafrisk:

Sorry Sam, already bought my ticket. Hasn't arrived yet though, do you actually physically have yours? If not then maybe you could cancel.

Jon: have you conceded that it is in fact beige?

Anyone from the south east must surely have to pass Chieveley.
The question then is whether you go via Swindon or Oxford.

Current: 407 2.2 HDi 170 & C6 2.7 HDi.

I'll definitely be going, with up to 4 others so we could use your tickets, Sam.
Maybe we could meet up near Prescott and get them from you?

To be quite honest Rich, there's no point insisting it's gold, since most people consider that just as bad as beige :cheesy:

So, shall we meet at Chieveley and then head on from there in whichever direction people see fit/whichever is looking less traffic-y?

I'm now pretty much a cert not to be able to make, which is a shame, but can't be helped.

House is now predicted to be completed week commencing 6th July which means we'll most likely be moving in on the weekend of 11th July now.

So, have we decided on a proper official like route so we can meet up along the way?

I am happy to meet up at Chievely, but I think Eric would rather meet at Oxford ( like last year ) so maybe this is a better option?

Even have a 'Southerners' meet at Cheively ridiculously early, then onto Oxford for a ' slightly more Northern' meet around 8.30, then straight to Pugfest??

I have no preference, or sense of direction, so I'm easy either way. :cheesy:

I am coming up from Somerset, so I guess I'll meet you guys up at Pugfest. We are just parking in general car park, right?

Getting new Avon tyres next Friday and replacing the TPMS valves for new ones as I am on the originals on the three wheels still.

I think last year the Oxford meeting point was Sunderland Avenue.
79 Sunderland Ave
http://maps.google.com/?q=79+Sunderland ... l=en&gl=gb

I see there's a lay by on the A40 just west of Oxford
http://maps.google.com/?q=51.792026,-1. ... l=en&gl=gb

Should take about an hour from Oxford.

Oxford is about 30 mins from Chieveley services.
