Oh lordy, are you all ok? Can't help you with the car sorry, unless you're willing to travel and pay well over the odds...

Very popular colour.

Only realistic option is a remap, about 125 bhp achievable at reasonable cost.
HDi Tuning have a good reputation from what I hear.
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

Maybe, but I think you'll need the turbo, wastegate, vacuum stuff to control it, intercooler, MAP sensor, boost pipes, most likely the engine bay wiring loom, (could be quite a few other bits too). You would probably need to swap the ecu, BSI and the key transponder as a set so the 90 'thinks' it's the 110.
I think there are some engine gearbox/final drive differences too, (compression ratio, crankshaft)? Can't honestly remember.

Usually not a practical conversion, but as you have both complete cars it probably can be done. Is it worth the effort? By all accounts the remapped 90 is a decent performer.

Worry not :cheesy:

The biggest difference is the manual bost control vs electric and lack of intercooler
All the 110 stuff fit's & use a manual boost controller

160bhp easily achieved
2002 110 HDi estate, Rapier in monaco blue! ( found quite a bit more power :cheesy: ) SOLD I've sorted the airbag light :cheesy:

2006 206 1.4 16v sport in Aegean blue ( wife's shopping trolley  )
