Xu10j2te to v6 conversion

Hi, I’ve recently purchased a 2.0 turbo petrol estate (1997) and would like to put an es9j4 v6 into it with an automatic gearbox. As I’m sure many of you know, the v6 estates are very rare now!
My plan is to find a v6 auto saloon or coupe in poor condition that I can extract the engine and gearbox ecu, engine and gearbox wiring loom, engine and box and mounts, then sell the rolling shell.

The other option is finding the parts separately but I’m not 100% sure how difficult this swap will be or exactly what parts are required.

Does anyone have these parts or donor car for sale and/or know exactly what is required for this conversion?
