list your old cars
hi all thought i would list my old cars and poss see what you lot have owned in the past 2
1st nova 1200
2nd corsa 1.4 8v
3rd corsa gsi (rapid go kart)
4th xsara 1.8 vtr
5th me 406

(1980?) VW Polio (totalled by a drunk)
(1979) 2.0 S Craptina (nicked)
(1971) Avenger Tiger (scrapped by rust)
(1973) Avenger Tiger (ditto tinworm)
(1979) 1.6 auto Avenger estate ( fiddled with engine, did over a ton)
(1974) Avenger Tiger (guess what, no spare body panels, waited 2 years for a decent shell)
(1988) BX 16 valve
(1992) BX 16 valve mk11 (wasn't as good as the first one)
(1987) 1.3 Ashtray estate (g/f learning to drive)

1983 renault 11 auto
1983 renault 11 turbo was the auto but i changed it
1994 audi 100 2.5td estate company car
1983 nissan micra first car after getting married boy was i skint
1987 ford seirra 1.8 worst car ever !!!!!!
1994 rover 216 i take it back about the sierra this thing blew head gaskets if you looked at it wrong
1998 ford mondeo possibly the best car i ever had started first time every time did 170000 miles in it till the clutch went
1986 merc 190 2.6 auto i think i'd been watching too much lock stock and 2 smoking barrels
1997 vaux vectra 2.0 sri loved the acceleration hated the fuel bill which got steadily worse and worse think it was doing about 19mpg when i got rid
1999 pug 406 1.9td still making my mind up about this one love the comfort and the economy hate the sluggish performance and the non working remote locking
damn i've owned some sheds lol

1992/3 Rover 414Sli, Nice engine fun to rev, until head gasket leaked all the oil and engined seized (bought a write off changed engines and sold)
1996 Rover 420GSi -> Bought to do up and sell for profit (succeed ) also ran for few weeks after previous rover troubles
1998 Mondeo GLX TD - got arse ended (got 2.5* what i paid for it off insurance, shame i'd spent a bit on it)
1999 406 HDi exec 2.5 years, lots of relaxing and comfortable miles and lots of repairs towards the end
1994 Shitreon AX 1.0 Debut, owned for 3 weeks, sold on at small profit
1997 Honda Prelude 2.2 VTi (quick and handles)
I think out of that list the only car at has cost me more than a few hundred quid (bought price - repairs - sold price) is the 406!
