its pretty sad realy ithink,

wont be long before every insurance company makes it Mandatory for front and rear cameras on cars,

But it they hadn't fitted cameras these scams probably would have worked. Seems like a pretty standard thing in places like Russia, sometimes I reckon I should investigate one, not just to protect myself, but to also provide entertainment for you guys with some of the crap driving I see on a daily basis.

I'm torn on this issue between thinking if you've got nothing to hide fit one, and thinking there's another bit of the big brother society.
But lots of comercial stuff have them fitted as standard now, they save so much on claims. A 6 camera set up with hard drive recorder is about £800 fitted.

There's a few on the Volvo forum with these camera's, one guy used the footage in an insurance claim to prove the other driver was at fault :wink:

Iwonder how long it will be before people are using this trick
now that someones kindly made a video,

cash for crash scams seem to be getting lower,
but whats next, jump in front of car scam, iwouidnt fancy the Assault with Deadly weapon charge, :(
