Back last week while talking to Dai about insurance on his vulva and pug, generally putting the world to rights and slagging the insurance companies AGAIN he ranted "whats wrong with someone keeping an un-insured vehicle on their own property in a garage?"
To which i replied, exactly mate theres a bloke in our street who parks on the road he's just bought an old disco and has had it with no tax on for 3 weeks at least. Fuckers like this they want to be worried about.
Well i just went to put my recycling out and theres a big yellow clamp on it and a nice notice stuck to the back window.... 1st of the month has arrived.

Ah now, depends who's fitted it I believe. I reckon if it's da government or any of their official representatives you're knackered, but if it's one of these joker private enforcement teams you're allowed to remove the clamp. The problem is that you've got to do so without damaging it, 'cos so much as a scratch and they'll do you for criminal damage....

Not sure who fitted it all i know is the wife pointed it out to me at 5pm then about 15 mins later a 4x4 shot down our street i heard something petrol powered revving up for all of 10 seconds and off the 4x4 went followed shortly by the disco.

Ha ha. watch this clown, all you have to do is let the Tyre down and get the wheel brace in there,
put spare wheel on and leave the clamp and the wheel at the side of the Road..
