[missing the point] Instead of chicken soup? [/missing the point]

Is one of them daft hybrid things? I'm guessing they only run on petrol. Oh, and nuclear fission. Did it run on it for long?

[clarkson] Aren't you supposed to fill it up with electricities? :P [/clarkson]

Anyway, filling it with diesel was probably the best thing for it.

You mean they don't even take liquid fuel? So how did he get diesel in it? Through the window? Omg, you mean he completely filled the interior of a car with diesel??!

Who said anything about filler neck? Just open a window and in it goes!

Anyone see that Top Gear where they were driving old BL cars filled with water?

No, it just says "PRIUS", which must be latin for "TWAT". You'd have to be to want to own one.

I put £2 worth of petrol in the works derv galaxy a while back, I only stopped as I couldn't get the nozzle in very far, then noticed the 'diesel fuel only' sticker whilst trying to force it in

One of the guys here filled his 320d up with petrol last year, cost him the best part of £2000 to repair the damage and the car never ran right after that - he px'd it.

Derv in a petrol should be just a drain-flush-refill with a bit of luck.

Out of curiosity will a prius still run on battery power with the wrong fuel in it?
