I've patched it up for now by joining it a section of clear plastic tube from before the bonnet hinge virtually to the offside washer jet. Gluing 4mm I/D straight connectors into the corrugated pipe seems to work.

I guess replacing it all the way from the pump to the jets is a better fix, but I'll leave it until the shops are properly open etc.
Thanks for your help. 8)

Today I have spent almost the whole morning working hard from home, with this new topic of social quarantine in my country we cannot leave home, In the morning I dedicated myself to preparing a delicious breakfast, pancakes with Spanish omelette, it is one of the foods that I like the most if I'm honest. In a while I'm going to clean the car in the garage to make him a sweetheart since I haven't been out in days.

I'm still here! I managed to blag some Anti-Inflammatory pills from the quacks (on line :roll: () and now after 3 weeks of pain it is getting more like normal, I have numb feet from Sciatica but can live with that for the time being. Been mindful also that I'm nearly 50 (not 20 in my head) so have taken to regular 'stretches' ....is this how my life has become? :(

Everyone here in the UK seems to have adopted a "f*ck it" attitude towards CV (no wonder we have the worst stats now) people here just will not be told :roll:

I've noticed the traffic has increased significantly in the last 2 weeks, there's so many other cars to steer around I nearly spilled my glass of Whiskey the other day.

Oh bugger, I thought you'd avoided that :( I'm told that, untreated, back pain can last half a year, but with the right drugs, exercises etc. it might only last 6 months. Mind you, the last time I had back problems (admittedly not as bad as a few years before) I was fine in about 3 weeks. I put that down to luck and having a bloody good chiropractor.

Remember what I said about sneezing, that's what really stuffed my back up.

Indeed, the UK stats are starting to look disgraceful, I'm not sure if that's down to people's lax attitude or HM gubbermint's tardy initial response though.

Here things are starting to open up, t'wife's back to school Monday but she says it looks like there'll be a massive 10 students turning up, mainly because parents have the option to keep them home. Then there'll be the comedy of teachers teaching both students in the class and at home at the same time. Yes, the minister for education really is a tit.

I've been watching the rebuild of this on their workshop vlog, so what if it's all in double-Dutch, it's still fascinating 8)

Also: And I thought I hated German cars - TODAY, at around 1 pm, an improvised explosive device was found in one of the cars brought to the Porsche Inter Auto service in Jankomir, Zagreb.
Err, the guy buying my house works there :shock:

:shock: Nothing quite as crazy as a crazy dutchman [/racial sterotype]

Regarding the 911 that 'goes like a bomb', it may have lost a bit in translation but deactivating the device before deciding to find out what it actually is strikes me as more than mildly hazardous

Guess it proves we Brits have no sense of adventure.

To think I was marveling at being able to purchase a 1 pint carton of blue milk for my cornflakes today, for the first time since the wheels fell off planet earth back in early March.

Blue = Full Fat/Whole Milk (Cereal and Coffee use)

Green = Semi-Skimmed (Rosie Lee use)

Red = Skimmed (pish)

Orange = 1% Fat (blurgh)

^zactly

FWIW The French & Spanish each have a different 'colour codes' for fresh / semi-skimmed milk:

France - full cream = red, semi-skimmed = blue
Spain - full cream = pink,red or blue semi-skimmed = green

(More useless information since we can't go anywhere). :roll:

Doggy, is there anything stopping one from taking one's team bus to another country for the foreseeable? or taking it to Cornwall** for example?

Most if not all UK destinations are actively discouraging visitors for obvious reasons, so highly likely to be similar in Europe.
I understand all French campsites are closed until at least September and those in Germany for the rest of the year.
Bit of a bugger since this is the 'transition period' when European travel is unaffected by us waving two fingers at the EU. :roll:

I'm hopeful we can go somewhere picturesque/packed/pricey in the UK late summer/autumn.
