So as soon as I seen the alloys, I knew exactly what it was

I'd be well pissed off if I went to see that car and the 'decorations' weren't in order :x

Re: the 2.5d Transhit Van - can anyone answer why it was capable of starting before you'd even released the key? I mean it would start *instantly* without even a full revolution of the starter :? ,,,,,,,mind you that's probably all it was good at

nope ours was a bitch to start, i think they were overated on the reliability front, this one really was a heap o sh*t.
Liking the 309 you could get another 10 years driving no bother from it.
the 305 is one of my favourite cars, but for me it has to be a estate.

a useful guide, but one thing troubles me how do i manage to sell a car.
I sold the old toyota carina claiming the engine was going like a clock, it had got a new thermostat and really was working very well.

look at the great value of this:
http://belfast.gumtree.com/belfast/62/73486462.html
£12 for a water pump seems quite good
then i seen this:
http://belfast.gumtree.com/belfast/49/71352049.html
not very subtle eh?

and then this which is an absolute rip off:
http://belfast.gumtree.com/belfast/16/74031916.html
its a rip off because its a terrible car, but its amazing that for the same money you can get something more decent:

That Rover looks like it would have trouble with speed bumps. But if you look at the ad, it's actually a "Wanted" ad - someone is looking to buy a Rover, and uses that picture as an example of what he/she is looking for

The 206 is a nice-looking little car, and would be a great little runaround for someone.

Agreed on the Cityrover - what a lump of crap.
2002 (D9) Peugeot 406 Coupe SE, 2.2 litre Petrol. Scarlet Red/Rouge Ecarlate/Rosso Scarlatto. Black Leather interior. SOLD :(
2008 (E60 LCI) BMW 525i M-Sport, 3.0 litre Petrol. Carbonschwarz Metallic. Black Dakota Leather and Myrtlewood interior.

the 206 looks like quite a respectable wee car, the sort of thing you could pull a bird in, but the rover is the sort of car you drive with a paper bag on your head.

I know the guy selling this

He is big into his Citroens, this would make a great future classic for someone. Bit tempted myself...
