Bloody women where do you start. You cant live with them you cant live without them. I think there was a book called men are from venus women are from mars to true. I feel women are strange creatures. The advice i would give for Niz is find someone else and move on even if its a bit of fun nothing more. You need to get this women out your head. In previous relationships i have tried going out more often with mates. But once the alcohol kicks in and no one gives you the eye you start thinking about your ex. I think you need to soe some seeds of love  have fun mate nothing heavy love will find you when you least expect it. Thats what worked for me. (HOPE THAT HELPS MATE?)

Cheers rapport and all of you, very kind and considerate words....

I went out and had a 12 hour stint with my mates, had a great time and forgot all my problems.... until I got home and felt a bit down about the situation.... but woke up refreshed and happy this morning... lol

I can forget about it and deal with it when I'm out and about or with friends... but when I'm on my own and given time to think.... all I seem to be able to think about is her... I cannot direct my attention to anything else and it's horrible !

You need something to fill these times really. Go play a game on your xbox or something. Just anything to occupy your mind.

...or you can kill my ex, 'cos she's being a "it's all your fault and I am the best" bitch. That way, we'll both get something out of it!

Nice   Beat this then went out on a date with a girl about 4 yrs now v fit al the bumps in all the right places. V good cook very good in bed. :cheesy: I thought mmmm this is wife material. 2 dates late she had booked us at a very expensive restuarant. I thought great she is really spoiling me :cheesy: . Heres the twist all the staff kept smiling at me i could not put my finger on it why me? Then all of a sudden the violins came out playing at are table  then she asked me to marry her. I was like what? no way she ran off screaming as well as chucking an expensive glass of wine over me and shouting you bastard!! :? Imagine if you will all the guys in suits all the ladies im dresses giving me daggers . The manager came over and asked me to leave as i was not the kind of customer he wanted in his retaurant. He then asked why i said no. To my reply was i dont know her i have only been seeing her for around 2/3 months he could not stop laughing he appologised and gave me a free £25 voucher to use and he was sorry. He called me a taxi and let me leave via another entrance as she was waiting outside for me. He said good luck with bunny boiler ha ha. I ended up getting an injunction against her as she kept following me and sitting outside my house. I blocked her number on my mobile and house phone. If you hear violins run like hell
