I've not seen one yet

I has seen one - although I can't for the life of me remember what it was..
They do seem a bit sparse at the moment, compared to the 18 plates.

I tell you what i did see this morning (prompting this) was a 68 plate Vauxhall Insignia - When did Insignia's turn all sexy and stuff? 
I had to look twice as I thought it was a Mercedes

i saw one today,a mItsubishi Shogun,took me a bit by suprise as i looked at it and thought "19" plate whats that all about then realised it was March,in the old days when August the 1st came round it seemed to be a special day but not now.
