Just phoned Direct Line, there explanation for the wife's cheaper policy is that she got a two vehicle reduction because I was already insured with them. I then queried the mileage allowance as we do far more mileage in her car although I usually drive, I thought I only had 6k miles on her car but they informed me I actually have 10k although I don't actually remember them asking me this year. My car had 6k but I don't do as much as that so I reduced it to 5k and got a £2.20 refund.
Before the boy bought his MR2 I sorted him a quote with Admiral on a 2 car multi-car with 106&MR2 together, cost £1700 (he's not an old git like us)
He then went and bought the car, we spent a week getting a fresh MOT on it then I went back to accept the quote.
By which time it had expired by a few days and the identical re-quote was now £2700.

Once your used to the lazyness of the V6, you will like it even more.
Well happy with her Kelv,
Very much a rolling project, but a good one all the same.
Lazy V6, not when she gets past 4000rpm
I look forward to introducing her to you all at future Peugeot meetings
I meant it pulls from quite low in the revs and carries on pulling up to 6K revs - you don't need to keep changing gears..
Pictures are a must.
Here you go Kelv,
But the pictures are very flattering .
