Post by mjb »

Just take a look at the new Sport XS estate on Peugeot's website. My GOD it's gorgeous! 170bhp diseasel with 370Nm of torque too.... I WANT!!!!

Think I'm going to have to try to get a test drive in one somehow.

I WANT!!!

Have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the styling of the coupé in comparison.

Speaking of which... I wonder what the least depriciated car is? I tend to think them Germans aren't doing too bad. French and Japs seem to be the worst.... Not sure about the others.

Mind you, I am surprised that James sold his 306 for £421... Considering I probably wouldn't be able to sell my 406 for more than £1000. Bigger cars depreciate more than smaller ones?

Which makes it a cracking 2nd hand buy or, if you're like me and plan to keep it til the wheels drop off (the 12 years up to my retirement, in my case) of no consequence whatsoever.

The only people who suffer are those who change their car every 2 or 3 years for another new one, and anyone who does that either has so much money it doesn't matter, or else needs their bumps feeling.
