the very late 307 are really much better than the early non mux BSi peugeot's, the 307 after 2005 was fully multiplexed and supprisingly reliable, for a peugeot, they also are quite comfortable and handle very well, and the XSi HDi is bloody fast, i really want one but there so expensive :cry:

I can still remember what the CVH escrotes were like and the Sierra's - utter shyte. And it had put me off Fords for 10 years.

Now though, and thanks to web based car forums and reviews, I find that they pretty decent now and represent good value.

My uncle works for Ford and gets 35% off list, he buys a brand new one every 9 months and only has to part with 900 notes. Not bad for a years motoring with no services or anything.

11k.... blimey... I could think of a few things to buy with 11k.. like a 407 or the very last 406 coupe hdi... Focus.. meh... have that at work and it really is nothing special :?

But each to their own :D
