im not thinking of the costs but the fact that old stuff as been heated up loads of times and thinned naturaly ,

New stuff as gota stink more as its thicker .

or is that wrong ?
Other way round, New Oil is thinner, Waste Oil will have animal fat in it, making it thicker, hence why it needs filtering properly.
Even when filtered, it will still have some animal fat in it, which thickens up when its colder.

Very illegal for road use, not allowed to use white spirit as a road fuel. (besides which, petrol is cheaper)
I'm sure your allowed to use non kersosene based WS. It's the kerosene (heating oil) that they don't like?
WS is a "tied fuel", you couldn't pay the fuel duty on it if you wanted to.
