Sad pics from my bro.

Post by steve_earwig »

I just got this from my brother via Sky pee, not sure which canal he means but it's out past Ware in Herts. somewhere:
Took my usual route cycling this afternoon, when I arrived at the railway crossing before the canal two of the cars belonging to the boat people had been trashed. I spoke to one of the owners who said that it happened on two nights; Friday and Saturday. The vandals also trashed the gates on the crossing, one of the bird watching hides and blocked the chimney on his boat so the inside filled with smoke. The police were called, the CSI's turned up at 7pm Saturday (dark)!

Wankers!

It's even sadder that that's probably a write off, the cost of all that glass and a set of tyres is probably more than it's worth, not to mention any other damage we can't see, water damage from the rain etc... what a waste!

A slow, painful death is too good for some people!

So pointless. I did some stupid stuff as a youngster, but nothing like this.

I can't even imagine how anyone could think this is funny, (assuming that's the intent).

what a bunch of pricks, damaging someone elses car, or their property for that matter is a terrible thing, you go to all the work of saving up for your car and then bastards like this do this to it, and the likelihood of it is they have never done a days work in their lives, and have no respect for other peoples property. There is no excuse for vandalism like this, they should be put in prison or made do work. I really feel sorry for whoever owns the car.

I've NEVER heard of anyone doing this for no reason. There has been people I've seen been targeted due to pissing someone else off but never, just because you were lucky.

Please don't judge me when I say this, but there's a healthy case of AIDs waiting for the little sh*ts that done this.

Was anything stolen?

it does happen , about 7 years ago when i owned my vauxhall cavalier 1.7td on a J plate sum young thobs (about a gang of 30) started jumping on car bonnets and roofs parked on the front of halfords, one car being mine, bonnet and roof was ruined along with about 7 other cars and beleive me i didnt piss no1 off

the problem these days is alcohol, once a gang of young thobs have drunk a few pints of cider they will wreck anything that gets in their way
