iso lead and stalk adaptor

Hi all im putting my Sony CD player in the pug - it has a changer but wont read CDRW's so might aswell put the SOny in the din adaptor kits are cheap enough but my question is will the standard ISO harness work? Also i have seen some stalk adaptors http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PEUGEOT-406-S ... 0448528639 and many others of the same price. Will they worK?

iirc the sony iso plugs in and works
but you have to change the yellow and red wire over,

you will need the stalk interface adapter to get that to work (theres no otherway round that,)

it shouid be plug and play. just make sure you get the correct patch lead,
best bet is just to message the seller - give him make and model of the head unit
