IIRC I had to add it by 'Installing' it, maybe under 'replacement parts'?

I only found one place in the BSI to set the CD changer from absent to present.

MFD sounds good. I don't remember going in there... which is odd because I was pretty thorough. Still, such is the nature of Planet
