Yes, if you press the options button, it indexes through settings for bass, treble, loudness, fader, balance, then auto volume, (on/off). Adjust with the up/down buttons above/below the centre button.......

I thought the auto-volume just adjusted the volume, so when stopping a quiet dodgy cassette - the radio didn't come on really load - it kinda softened the blow??
Mine is turned on, and I think all is does is occasionally being at full volume when turning stereo on....

I'm also convinced that nothing happens.
Certainly the number to which the volume is set does not change.
Moreover I cannot hear any difference.

Current: 407 2.2 HDi 170 & C6 2.7 HDi.
Former: 406 1.9 TD; 406 HDi 90; 407 2.2 160; 307cc 180; 508 HDi 140.

I enabled it with PP2000, but haven't noticed a difference. Do all Clarion HUs support this option?

It works, but it doesn't really do much. The volume setting doesn't change, but the volume is slightly increased.

You can test it by switching it on and off while driving on the motorway.

If it's supposed to be on the bass/treble/fade-button then I don't have it - or it hasn't been enabled correctly. Any hints on getting it to work?

I believe it is on the bass/trebble/balance/... button.

I changed the curve from 0 to 5, but I can't tell any difference.
